1. What you can request
You may ask for access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of an account or specific data, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and, where applicable, data portability.
For users in the EU/EEA, these requests help exercise GDPR rights. Whether a particular request can be fulfilled depends on the circumstances, legal basis, and need to retain minimal data for security, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.
2. How to submit a request
Email [email protected] from the email linked to your account. Use “Data request” as the subject and briefly describe what you need.
Include your login, nickname, account ID, or order number where relevant. Do not send your password, two-factor codes, complete card details, or unnecessary identity documents.
3. Identity verification
We must confirm that a request is made by the account owner or lawful representative. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to confirm access to the linked email, provide technical account details, or supply other proportionate information.
Until verification is complete, we do not confirm whether a particular account exists and do not disclose data that may belong to someone else. This protects users from unauthorized access.
4. Review and response
We will review a request within the period required by applicable law and tell you the result, or explain when additional information is needed. We reply by email unless you ask for another available method.
We may fully or partly limit a request where needed to protect other people’s rights, platform security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
5. Account deletion
You may request account deletion at [email protected]. After verification, we delete or anonymize data no longer needed to operate the service.
Some minimal records may remain where required for law, security, accounting, refunds, a dispute, or preventing repeated abuse. Public content may be removed or de-identified to preserve the integrity of discussions.
6. Complaint and contact
If you have questions about processing or disagree with a response, first write to [email protected]. We will try to resolve the issue directly.
Users in the EU/EEA may also complain to the competent data-protection authority in the country of their habitual residence, workplace, or the alleged infringement.
