1. License grant
Cuberix grants the user a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the website, launcher, client, game materials, and related tools only for personal use within the project.
All rights not expressly granted to the user by this agreement remain with Cuberix or the relevant rights holders.
2. Launcher and client
The launcher and client may download updates, check compatibility, connect to servers, store local settings, and transmit technical data required to start the game.
The user must use current client versions and must not interfere with update, protection, authorization, or network interaction mechanisms.
3. Prohibited actions
It is prohibited to decompile, modify, sell, rent, distribute, bypass protection, interfere with server operation, create harmful modifications, or use the client for attacks.
Cheats, automation that provides unfair advantage, exploiting errors, spoofing network requests, and any use that violates project rules are also prohibited.
4. Creator materials
CuberixCreator tools allow users to create modes, interfaces, assets, and game settings. The user is responsible for the legality of materials they upload or publish.
By publishing materials inside Cuberix, the user allows the project to store, display, adapt, and use them for the operation of the created mode and related pages.
5. User content, conduct, and zero tolerance for abuse
Cuberix has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. Material that harms, threatens, humiliates, or endangers other people has no place in chat, nicknames, profiles, user-created modes, or any other part of the service, and accounts that produce such material are not welcome on the platform.
Every user can report content and block another user directly in the game client, in the mobile application, and on the Cuberix website, without contacting support first. A block takes effect immediately for the user who applied it and hides the messages and materials of the blocked account.
We review every report and act on it within 24 hours: objectionable content is removed and the account that provided it is suspended or terminated. While a report is being reviewed we may hide the disputed material and restrict the account's access to public features.
A violation may result in permanent termination of the account and of the license granted by this agreement, without refund of internal balance, purchases, or subscriptions and without the right to register a new account. This does not limit other measures available to us under applicable law.
The following content and behaviour are prohibited without exception. The list is not exhaustive:
- harassment, bullying, and persistent unwanted contact with another user;
- hate speech and calls for discrimination or violence based on race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or a similar characteristic;
- any sexual content involving minors, as well as sexualized contact with minors; such material is reported to the competent authorities and the account is terminated permanently;
- threats of violence, calls for self-harm, extremism, terrorism, and glorification of such acts;
- spam, fraud, phishing, mass unsolicited mailings, and advertising of prohibited goods and services;
- impersonating another person, the administration, moderators, partners, or official Cuberix services;
- publishing personal data of other people (real name, address, phone number, documents, correspondence, or photographs) without their consent.
6. Virtual items
Internal balance, digital items, privileges, and bonuses exist only within Cuberix. They are not property in a physical sense, have no guaranteed cash value, and cannot be exchanged outside the service.
Cuberix may change the characteristics, availability, or rules for using virtual items when updating the project's economy, balance, or security.
7. Updates and changes
We may release mandatory updates, bug fixes, interface changes, security updates, and new features. Some older client versions may no longer be supported.
Continuing to use the client after an update means accepting the current version of the agreement and technical requirements.
8. Suspension and termination of access
If the user violates the EULA, project rules, or security requirements, Cuberix may restrict access to the account, launcher, servers, creator tools, or individual features.
After access is terminated, the user must stop using the client and materials unless the administration allows otherwise.
9. Third-party rights
Cuberix is an independent project. The user must comply with applicable rules and licenses of third-party platforms, games, modifications, libraries, and content.
If part of the functionality depends on third-party services, their availability and rules may change independently of Cuberix.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The client, launcher, and game services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, compatible with every device, or completely free of errors.
We are not responsible for damage caused by the user's violation of rules, use of third-party programs, unstable connection, incompatible drivers, or unofficial modifications.
11. Contacts and questions
Questions about the license, account, bans, payments, or creator materials can be sent to the Cuberix administration through official support channels.
The current EULA version is published on this page and applies from the moment of publication unless otherwise stated.
