Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the website, account, launcher, game servers, or CuberixCreator tools, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, and project rules.

If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the service and do not create an account.

2. Account and security

The user is responsible for the accuracy of account data, password security, and actions performed through their account.

It is prohibited to transfer an account to third parties, bypass restrictions, impersonate another user, or use someone else's access data.

3. Access to the service

Cuberix may update, limit, move, or temporarily disable individual features for maintenance, security, or project development.

We try to maintain stable service operation, but we do not guarantee that there will be no interruptions, errors, or incompatibility with individual devices.

4. User conduct

The user must follow project rules and respect other participants. Threats, harassment, fraud, malware, spam, bypassing bans, and exploiting errors are prohibited.

Violations may lead to a warning, feature restrictions, account blocking, content removal, or other moderation measures.

5. User content

The user keeps rights to materials they create, but grants Cuberix the right to store, display, process, and distribute such content inside the service for project operation.

Content must not violate the law, third-party rights, platform rules, or the safety of other users.

6. Reports, moderation, and zero tolerance

Cuberix has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. The full list of prohibited content and behaviour, and the consequences of a violation, is set out in the corresponding section of the End User License Agreement (EULA) and applies to these terms in full.

Any user can report content and block another user directly in the game client, in the mobile application, and on the website. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours: objectionable content is removed and the account that provided it is suspended or terminated.

Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent termination of the account without refund of internal balance or purchases. Moderation decisions can be appealed through official support channels.

7. Balance, purchases, and refunds

Internal balance, bonuses, and digital advantages are used only inside Cuberix and are not a bank account, security, or monetary obligation outside the service.

Refunds and adjustments are reviewed by the administration with regard to payment history, technical logs, project rules, and legal requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

Cuberix is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses caused by the user's violation of rules, transfer of access, third-party programs, unstable internet, or an incompatible device.

Nothing in these terms limits user rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to terms

We may update the terms when features, legislation, or project rules change. The new version is published on this page.

Continuing to use Cuberix after an update means accepting the current version.
